Arrive in Bandaranaike International Airport and proceed to Kandy.
En-route, explore the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage which was started in 1975 to house abandoned and wounded elephants; the orphanage has now grown into a big family.
Then, visit the Spice Garden at Mawanella. It is a beautiful place to purchase aromatic spices like cinnamon, cardamom, pepper etc.
Later, check-in to your hotel and relax.

Later, proceed for your Kandy city tour, where you will visit upper lake drive, market square, arts and crafts center, a gem museum and a lapidary. Your next visit will be to the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens - a paradise for nature lovers.
In the evening, enjoy a traditional Kandyan dance performance.

Later, check-out and proceed towards Colombo.
