Terms and Conditions
  • This is a Third-Party product whereby the tour is operated on a Coach tour with English speaking tour escort.
  • The tour operator reserves the right to operate tours using a van, mini-bus or a full size coach depending upon the total number of passengers booked on tour.
  • Meals will be offered depending upon the group size. You will be served buffet or set meal.
  • The above is only a quote and no bookings have been made as yet. All services such as airline seats, ground arrangements are blocked once initial deposit is made by clients.
  • Surcharges applicable during Conventions, Special Events, Festivals, Trade fairs, Blackout dates, etc. (For E.g.: Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, etc)
  • Infant cost may be chargeable in a few hotels.
  • You will have to strictly follow the tour program and comply with the terms and conditions of the various contractors / service providers such as hotels, airlines etc.
  • Tours and transfers depart strictly as per time mentioned on final itinerary. Please advise your clients accordingly as no delays will be permitted under any circumstances. Should the client be late the tour or transfer will depart without client. You are required to be punctual and adhere to the time-lines of the tour and of the contractors / service providers. If you are not punctual, you could miss your flight, your coach, your meals etc. No refunds will be provided and alternative arrangements will be an extra cost.
  • You shall not behave in a manner which may cause distress or annoyance to other tour participants or to any other person or which may create the risk of danger or damage to property belonging to us or other tour participants, service providers or any other persons. If you misbehave or disturb the decorum of the tour, we may have to terminate your tour. In such an event, no refund or compensation will be paid to you and you will have to bear and pay the expenses for your return travel at your risks and consequences.
  • You shall not carry any item or object, the possession of which is forbidden by any laws, rules or regulations. Nor shall you violate any other laws, rules or regulations of the country in which you are travelling. Should any tour participant misbehave or violate any laws, rules or regulations, we shall have the right to discontinue his / her participation and exclude him / her from the tour at his / her risk, cost and consequences. Should we suffer any damage or liability on account of a tour participant’s misbehavior and / or for losses caused to property of third party service providers, we shall be free to separately charge and recover our losses and expenses from him / her.
  • We strongly advise passengers to take out insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and loss of baggage, curtailment and default at the time of booking.
  • It is customary for certain hotels to request a credit-card deposit upon check-in to cover any incidental charges. Unused funds will be refunded upon check-out. Some hotels may accept a cash deposit in lieu, but this cannot be guaranteed. It is the client’s duty to reverse the credit card charge on check out.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control e.g. Fuel Increases, Government Regulations, Government Levies, Duties, etc.
  • Passport should be valid up to six months from the date of return.
  • All Rates are valid for Indian Passport Holders.

Arrive Calgary – Transfer to Banff

On arrival at Calgary International Airport, proceed to your hotel in Banff by hassle free, shared coach transfer

On arrival in Banff, check-in to your hotel

Rest of the day is at leisure to explore the city on your own

Day 2
Banff - Lake Louise – Banff

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel

Proceed for a sightseeing tour of the resort town of Banff, which is set amongst the towering mountains of Rundle, Tunnel, Cascade and Norquay. Visit the spectacular Bow Falls, enjoy classic viewpoint of Surprise Corner along with Tunnel Mountain Drive

Enjoy a gentle ride on the Banff Gondola in a four-passenger car for 8-minutes that takes you to the summit of Sulphur Mountain for a 360-degree panorama view of the Bow Valley

After lunch proceed to Lake Louise

At Lake Louise, see the famous Victoria Glacier where the rock flour turns the lake emerald green

Return to Banff in the evening

Day 3
DAY 3 - Banff Area – Jasper

After breakfast, checkout of your hotel and proceed towards Jasper

Enroute, enjoy the journey along the Ice Fields Parkway, one of world’s most scenic mountain roadways. This is the route to over one hundred visible glaciers, turquoise lakes and rushing waterfalls

The highlight of this tour is a stop at the Columbia Ice Field for the Glacier Experience and Glacier Skywalk. 80 minutes’ journey of Glacier Experience is led by an experienced driver cum guide, who shares a wealth of fascinating information about glaciers, ice fields and their impact on our environment. Enjoy this once in a lifetime opportunity of stepping out and standing on 1000 feet powerful ancient Athabasca Glacier

After lunch, continue through Sunwapta Valley and pass through the Tangle Falls and the Stutfield Glacier on Mount Kitchener. Take a stroll around Athabasca Falls before you arrive in Jasper

On arrival in Jasper, check-in to your hotel and relax

Day 4
DAY 4 - Jasper – Kamloops

Checkout and proceed to explore the Jasper National Park, which is a World Heritage Site and considered as one of Canada’s largest and northerly national parks. Highlights of your tour includes the beautiful Maligne Canyon, with its limestone walls falling a stunning 50 meters; Maligne Lake, Pyramid and Patricia Lakes

After lunch in Jasper, proceed to Kamloops

Day 5
DAY 5 - Kamloops – Whistler

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel

Checkout of your hotel and proceed to Whistler, Canada’s Ski Resort town, that has hosted many Winter Olympic Games held in 2010

Enjoy the scenic drive from Kamloops to Whistler

After lunch, proceed for one of the most exciting ride of your tour - Peak to Peak Gondola Ride. This Gondola is one of its kind in the world. It is unsupported for more than 1 mile between the two Mountain peaks, Blackcomb Mountain and Whistler Mountain and highest point above the ground (1,430 feet)

Day 6
DAY 6 - Whistler – Vancouver

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel

Checkout and proceed to Vancouver

Enroute, take a photo stop at the Shannon Falls, which is the third highest (335 meters) waterfall in the British Columbia

Later, proceed to visit the famous Capilano Suspension Bridge in North Vancouver. Enjoy your walk on the bridge, which is 140 meters long and 70 meters above Capilano River. Also, check out the thrilling Cliff Walk and the Treetop Adventure

After lunch, continue to downtown Vancouver

Day 7
DAY 7 - Vancouver - Panoramic city tour of Vancouver

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel

Later, proceed for a panoramic city tour of Vancouver. Visit the famous Stanley Park, a 1001-acre public park that borders the downtown of Vancouver and is surrounded by waters of the Pacific Ocean. Later visit Chinatown, Gas town, Canada Place, B.C. Place, Downtown etc.

Later in the evening, proceed to enjoy the most memorable 4D ride - FlyOver Canada, an exhilarating 8-minute journey across Canada, from east to west

Post lunch, return to your hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure to explore the city on your own

DAY 8 - Depart Vancouver
